Senior Piping Designer

Job description

-Prepare documentation for procurement, prefabrication and installation

-Quality check of discipline deliverables

-Follow-up of equipment deliveries

-Possible carry out offshore field survey

-Close cooperation with other disciplines and suppliers (project dependencies)

-Assist project management within time and cost estimation of projects

Qualifications

With good knowledge and experience with PDMS/E3D

Experience with execution of projects & studies

Required experience with design of critical piping lines

Multidiscipline approach will be an advantage

Good knowledge of relevant technical and professional requirements and NORSOK

Experience with database tools is an advantage, such as IFS, SAP, STID, ProCoSys

Preferably B.Sc or long experience in the following;

Lack of education can be compensated with extensive and relevant experience

Good knowledge and long experience with piping design.

Fluent in Norwegian.
