Structural Designer PDMS

Job description

Perform PDMS 3D structural design and 2D Draft work of: Deck structures, Existing steel, Walkways, Access platforms, Stairs & ladders
• Update existing drawings by using Microstation 2D
• Interaction with other disciplines

 

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in structural engineering

Required Work Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering within the Oil & Gas industry in Norway
Broad experience in use of PDMS software
Have good understanding design of secondary outfitting structures
Previous participation in FEED studies and EPCIC projects

Required Qualifications:

Have good communication skills in English and Norwegian(preferable) both orally and in writing
Have a cooperative working attitude
Be systematic and accurate
Have a high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements
Have the ability to see multiple design – cases (solution oriented)
