Job description

Design pipe supports in PDMS/ E3D
Carry-out basic calculations of pipe supports
Prepare, check and approve MTO
Insert data to engineering registry
Give input to plan and to estimate own scope
Produce requisitions
Participate on site surveys (on-/ offshore)

Qualifications

Masters or bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering 

Required Work Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering within the Oil & Gas industry in Norway
Broad experience in design of pipe support with use of PDMS incl. draft
Have good knowledge to max span and flexibility evaluation
Be familiar with the other main subject areas within piping (PDMS design/draft, support, stress, layout, material handling)
Have good knowledge of laws, standards and norms applicable for the discipline
